OHana~Breakfast or Dinner? Which would you choose?

DH and I are planning our Fall trips to WDW. We really want to eat at OHana and both the breakfast and dinner buffets look delicious. Depending on time, we might only be able to pick one meal at OHana. The characters aren't a factor in our decision, and I can't decide if we should do breakfast or dinner.

If you had to choose either breakfast or dinner at OHana, which would you pick and why?

Having done both, we loved dinner and didn't care for breakfast at all.

We have done both several times. I would give my vote to breakfast. To us it seems as though parties of 2 are rushed in and out. I do not mind a quick breakfast but by dinner I am ready to relax and take our time eating.

Well we are not big breakfast people, but I've got the dinner on my list for 2016...My good friend Princess Lapu stays at the Poly every year, and recommends the Dinner..

If you aren't there for Lilo and Stitch, I think breakfast is very run-of-the-mill. My vote is for dinner too...

All the Dinner voters, is it the breakfast food that you didn't like that much or the atmosphere at breakfast(crowds, characters, kids) that makes you give Dinner your vote?

Thanks for this tip. We are occasionally *ever so slightly* rushed at certain places or attractions in WDW because we are only 2 people. But we do benefit sometimes too because we are only 2 people. I don't like being rushed at a restaurant though so I will certainly keep this in mind.

I know it is probably just me being an a$$, but when someone tries to rush me out of a restaurant, that is a surefire way to get me to spend much more time there than I originally planned.

I do the same thing. If a server blatantly and rudely tries to rush us through a meal, he/she is just increasing how long we stay at the restaurant and decreasing their tip!

Dinner fan, here! We've never done the breakfast, but we likely wouldn't. I only eat about 5% of traditional "breakfast food", so it's never a meal that I care to spend any money on. Dinner was delicious! I already have an 'Ohana dinner booked for November and I only repeat a WDW restaurant if I really, really love it. There are so many to try...

I've never done dinner here, but the breakfast is delicious! My family did this last year (all adults...not into Lilo or Stitch) and it was a fun start to our day. Dinner is on my list though Smile

Thanks for all the opinions. You convinced me to keep our dinner reservation. I'm keeping the breakfast ADR for now too.
