Heart wrenching! I'm still not entirely sure that I believe it, but I was rooting for Hook anyhow.

The show writers have said that he will not be returning. I'm very upset about it.

Also, still don't want Emma to end up with Hook. He still has my very low opinion.

I'm predicting Robin Hook will become a regular next season.

Plus leave Hook alone ...

I want to see Emma with Hook, but I didn't want Neal to go away either. I liked his character.

Good news for those who have been sad to see Wonderland go (like myself). Michael Socha, the Knave of Hearts, is going to be a series regular on regular Once next season, which opens the door for the return of more Wonderland characters.

I don't think they will ever get rid of Hook. I'm in the minority as far as not liking him. He's very popular, especially among women. I think (I'm not 100% certain) that in the original pilot Prince Charming did die. Obviously when they wrote the pilot that actually aired, this did not come to pass. I think there are certain characters who will never get killed: Hook, Emma, Rumple, Regina, Henry. Probably not Snow or Charming either.

I just caught up on this weeks! OMG! I'm going to die before this season is over! The writers sure do know how to throw some twists into the plots and can I just say, I'm putting my Dorothy costume on for the final episodes! Smile

But it has been a fun twist.

I am LOVING Regina and Robin Hood. I haven't been fond of the whole witchy sister plot, and it just plain ticked me off when she cursed Hook. I'm hoping that I like next season better.

I'm loving Regina & Robin Hood, too! I'm so glad Henry remembers everything now and that it was Regina who saved him. I know she'll go back to being the Evil Queen, but I really like her being one of the good guys.

I have to admit, I know I'm a sentimental old fool but I loved the whole Snow White and Prince Charming splitting of the heart thing!

The heart-split thing WAS very cool.

And I, too, was growing a little weary of the witchy sister thing. Plus, seeing her riding that broom was comical. Every. Time.

My girls went absolutely NUTS when they saw her!!! They're very excited.

I'm very sad about the turn of events for my Outlaw Queen - totally wanted to cry over that one.

VelcroPooh

I missed it Sunday so had to wait to read this thread until today (after I caught it on demand last night!)

My goodness gracious! I felt so horrible for Regina! I'm tickled that Emma finally kissed the Pirate, and again, and again.... yay The trolls creeped me out and I now want to go to a ball.

I can't wait to for it start back up and be ice encased!!!!!!

I gasped, then laughed, then rolled my eyes...

...I'm gonna miss Zelena.

Really?

I guess I just had trouble connecting with that character, she was just so selfish and really whiny about it. She annoyed me more than anything.

VelcroPooh

I was the same and considering Wizard of Oz is my favorite thing ever...you would think I would have loved her. I loved the story line, but something about her annoyed me too after awhile. I did find her whiney as well.

But oh man, she just chewed the scenery.

This show needs a single-minded, cartoonish villain (it's a fairytale afterall), someone you can feel guilty rooting for. She was, by far, my favorite villain - even better than Regina in the beginning. I would love it if Rebecca Mader became a regular.

VelcroPooh

I think you'll get your wish, or at least more appearances. The way they left it, she's not gone in my opinion.

I agree with you that you need a good villain. One that is just pure evil with no excuses for their behavior.

So, are we really thinking that Elsa is going to show up as a Bad Guy? I don't want her to be bad!

And the whole thing with Maid Marian REALLY threw me for a loop! I was really heartbroken for Regina--and really happy that kid got to see his mom again!--all at the same time!

VelcroPooh

I don't want her to be bad either, but I think with the entrance she made, that may be the plan.

Yeah, coming up from that manhole / fire-y portal can never be a good sign!

You know I read somewhere, and now I can't remember where, that they INTENDED Elsa to be bad, but then the more they wrote, she wound up good in the end.

The way the writers of Once manipulate and alter characters, I wouldn't put it past them to turn Elsa to the dark side.

(And I totally don't mean that in a bad way; they're insanely creative!)

Disney took HUGE liberties with the Ice Queen when they wrote 'Frozen.' I'm thinking this Else will be closer to the traditional tale, which I'm ok with personally. I did however read a news story earlier today that said Elsa would be "misunderstood' so I think by the end of the season there will be some sort of redemption for her. Unlike Zelina, who I agree isn't really gone.

From what I can remember as a kid, The Ice Queen was the bad guy, wasn't she? And I'm with you - I think Rebecca Mader will pop back up at some point.

And sorry - I saw Maid Marian coming as soon as Emma met her in the dungeon. Now Regina has a reason to hate Emma too - gets her back to being on the Dark Side.

Same here, I turned to my DH about 2 minutes after she met her and said, I think that's Maid Marion. Then at the "almost" end, when they were showing all the happy couples, I just knew they were going to have Emma do the same thing to Regina with Robin Hood as Snow did to her with Daniel.

I really enjoy OUaT, but it's not exactly a hard show to figure out where the story line is heading laugh

VelcroPooh

Well I'm feeling kind of silly because I so didn't see it coming and didn't guess it was Maid Marion!
