Paperless tickets for MVMCP

Hi,

We're booked to do MVMCP on one of the nights of our trip. I bought the tickets so long ago that I can't remember how it said to access them. It's currently showing that we have two paperless tickets to the party on My Disney Experience. Do I need to do anything before I go or will paper copies be available to pick up somewhere? Or will we just need our Magic Bands? I'm confused! Also, 28 days to go! mickey yay confused

I had paper tickets I printed at home. I would bring the purchase receipt and anything else you have (including the credit card used to buy them) and go to guest services before the party and check it out. Or call now.

Huh, can't seem to find the confirmation email. Trying to find it. Will keep looking. :/

I've still to receive Mickey Mail so I'll see if there's any information in that. I can't remember if I got a confirmation email. It says the tickets are linked to our MDE account. If I've not heard anything by the time we get there, I'll take the card we booked with to guest services and see what they say. Smile

For MNSSHP, they were just added to the Magic Bands, so we did not have to bring anything with us. I would just call to verify that!

That's great, thanks Nikki! I'll call to check. Haha already been on the phone to them once this week so I'll wait and see if my travel documents say anything about it.

We are the same as you. You shouldn't have any problems, when we did MNSSHP they were paperless.

We went to the first party this year. Bought the tickets way in advance and didn't have a hard copy. We asked at the window before we went in and they said if they are on your MDE they are on the bands. They scanned the bands after we got into th park and they put the wrist bands on us. No problem.

Yes, if it's on your MDE you should have no problem. Key word is "should". I'm always afraid something will disappear or not work, so I keep a paperwork available- even if it's just in my phone.

Last trip I had incidents where the magic band wouldn't open the room door and another where I couldn't pay for something with it. There are occasional issues.

This! I still took my paper copies, but didn't need them at all.

We've been using the bands for almost 2 yrs now and have yet to have an issue. Hopefully that trend continues! crossfingers
