Pre-Trip Anniversary and 21st Birthday

We just packed our DS off to college this weekend. Now it's time to start packing for our trip!

Sunday September 7th we DH,Me and DD 21 and will be pulling our of our driveway in Ohio. ( Not yet sure of the exact time yet but morning)
We are planning on driving DH wants to make it 3/4 of the way through Georgia. We will be going down through Kentucky, Tennessee and Georgia. He doesn't want to drive through the mountains (Pennsylvania). We will be in the car for @ 12 1/2 hours Sunday. UGH We plan to stop around 10pm.

Monday 8th wake up and head for International Drive find a hotel and do some shopping at the Malls. Not to much planned just sight see.

Tuesday 9th check in at Coronado Springs (We are sure the room won't be ready) head to TL or BB which ever one DH wants to visit. Head back to the hotel by 3pm get dressed and ready for MNSSHP.DH dressed as Goofy as a tourist, DD Winnie the Pooh and me as a Gypsy. ADR at Plaza Restaurant. Stay for the whole party.

Wednesday 10th Get to Epcot around 10am FP Soarin,Figment, Maelstrom. ADR Akershus Hall. DD wants to try some drinks.

Thursday 11th Celebrating DD's 21st Celebration (August 11 real date) MK at rope drop. FP Peter Pan, 7dwarfs,Pooh.
ADR for lunch at Liberty Tree. ooooey goooey toffee cake! We want to watch all the parades we will be here all day!

Friday 12th Animal Kingdom at rope drop. Ride Everest and Dinosaur then FP for FOLK KS and Kali River (just before we leave) eat at Flame Tree. Back to the hotel for a swim. Then on to HS ADR Sci Fi stay and watch the fireworks.

Saturday 13th. Day to relax go to BB or TL putt-putt? ADR T-Rex here DD wants to try their dessert. Shop at DD maybe stop at Poly fo Lapu Lapu.(must try)

Sunday 14th 24th Anniversary HS at rope drop FP TSM,Muppets (DH fav.) TOT ADR. BOG Then back to HS.

Monday 15th Last day. MK for the Marceline Tour. FP POC,7Dwarfs and SM. Not sure if we will leave before or after the parade. Go for a swim at the hotel and then Epcot for ADR Via Napoli.

Tuesday Check out and head to Universal for a day. Leave Florida on Wednesday 17th.

We are doing a lot of things for the first time this trip. MNSSHP, Marceline Tour, Via Napoli, Be Our Guest (dinner) T-Rex, Sci Fi 7 Dwarfs.

We still have to pack (DD almost done), decorate our Magic Bands. We leave in 14 days

Awesome plans, well apart from the drive..But I know that a 12 hour plus drive is nothing on your side of the pond..I remember driving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, I thought we were catching a plane till my brother in law says " it's only a short drive."

We live in the country so we have to drive everywhere we want to go. The nearest mall is 45 minute drive. But I can't complain we live near Cedar Point Amusement Park and get to go several times a year.

Wow!..I love the country feeling.When I lived in Montreal, I got the chance of working just outside Vancouver for three weeks and the scenery was breathtaking..

Sounds like a blast! How are you guys decorating your magic bands? We painted ours with acrylic and then did a couple of coats of top coat on them.

DD found temp. tattoo's with the princess's then clear coat with fingernail polish. I am going to try and do Tinkerbell stickers with top coat, DH wants us to try and do Animal (muppet) on his will try acrylic with that one.

I made my DH's Anniversary Candy Gram today. Not sure if it's readable. I just have to remember to take the candy with us when we leave.

Thank you it was fun shopping for the candy since DH goes with me to the store. I got a couple strange looks when I picked up candy that I don't like.
