Is there a web site/ area where we can see what renovations are planned? In previous trips we have been occasionally disappointed upon arriving and finding that there are some renovations taking place. That is the draw back to going in February, as the crowds are smaller it also seems that is when Disney does a lot of their renovations.

There's probably somewhere on the official Disney website but I can never find it when I need it. 
EDIT: I think it's a bit clunkier but you can look at the Disney World calendar/park hours for a particular day and see if there is a Closed for Refurbishment section for a specific park.
