Romantic restaurant on a budget?

If we don't want to pay for the "dress code" restaurants, where are the best places to go for date night?

We love San Angel Inn and Teppan Edo. The first is romantic, and the second is just fun and gives us a chance to meet new people...

Have you ever tried Bistro de Paris? It's lovely (and yummy!). Or Narcoosees and Citricos are always fun...

San Angel has quite nice ambiance ... the food and service however ...
