Shipping to a Resort

I'm not quite sure what category to put this in so I hope its okay where it is. I am going to All Star Movies on October 6. My mom is a serious coffee drinker and only likes Community coffee which I know Disney doesn't have. So we want to get a little coffee pot and all of the supplies and ship it to our resort before we leave. Does anyone know how I need to address the package? How far in advance would you suggest that I send it? And how and where do I go to send it back? Thank you all in advance mickey

just send it to the resort for example

all star movies resort
c/o guest john smith
date of arrival 10/06/12

i am pretty sure they have a coffee maker in those resorts and they should be standard so all you need is the coffee and filters, but call and check first or check on the disney site for there amenities

I was thinking that a coffee maker is standard also. Maybe you could call the resort when you send it and let them know it's coming? Disney is SO service oriented, I think it would be ok . I'd say send it addressed as above, C/O your mom's name.

Shipping to the resort is a snap! Just like senseicj said, address it to the resort and you or our mom, and add in BIG BOLD LETTERS, "Hold for guest arrival" and give date. Adding your reservation number can help, too, and making a direct call to the resort so they can add a flag to your ressie about the package.

Did this one Christmas and it worked easy breezy.

Thank you guys very much!!! I have read somewhere before that they do not have coffee pots but I think I'll call to verify that. Thanks again:)
