My good friend Vettelover was admitted to the hospital ( I think it was Thursday) and had to have an emergency opperation to remove his gaul bladder. He is home now and recouperating under the care of his lovely wife. It should not affect his trip to Disneyland comming up soon.

I had my gall bladder removed about 10 years ago. If you have any questions about the recovery let me know. I actually still have some stomach issues (TMI I am sure) because of the surgery.

Oh my goodness Vettelover! Glad to see you on the forum, and I hope you have a speedy recover. I had mine removed about 12 years ago, and I must say that it was one of the more painful procedures I've had. Take it easy this next week though and you should be ready to rock for Disney!

I just went to the Dr. that operated on me and I have been cleared to go back to my part time job, AND to drive again so I can take the vette out for a romp in the park, so to speak. 
Also I would like to thank ALL of you who sent get well notes and wishes, IT REALLY MEANT A LOT TO ME.
