What Restaurant Is The Least Appealing To Kids?

Besides V&A, where they're not allowed, which restaurant is going to attract the least children? I find this is the key to having a nice romantic dinner: A lack of kids running around. I have been disappointed by how often at Cali Grill kids are being rambunctious. Have not noticed the same problem at Jiko, but have seen it occasionally at Citricios. I've never been to Bistro de Paris. What other restaurants might scare off the hellions?

Ha ha! I'm not sure I'd say "hellions," but maybe you've had worse experiences than I have! Smile

I think restaurants like The Wave might be horrible for them. Dark, no windows, nothing to look at... ugh!

We have always had pretty good luck avoiding them at the Brown Derby. There are usually a few but not many.

That seems like a good suggestion, but I always am leery of the places in the parks. Maybe near park close. What time do you usually go?

We usually go around 6:00. Go on a night when Fantasmic is not showing. When we go in Sept and Jan the park closes at 7:00. Then by the time we finish the park is empty. That is nice for both taking great pictures and no lines getting out of the park.

I have to agree with Jiko & The Wave..I've never been to either but I have read many a trip report and the people with kids tend to avoid those places while.

This sounds like a great time to go in general. I always wish they had a secret entrance to the Brown Derby so you could go in the evening. Or maybe they could just let you in after close like they let you in early for breakfast.

I've always heard mixed reviews of the Brown Derby..are you a fan? I have to say despite the reviews it has always intrigued me.

It's quite large too, isn't it?
