Hmmmmm... It has to be a different time. I remember my mom making them in the morning. that would be 3am our time and that would be the same time it is in WDW as well.

Now I'am confused.. 
If it's 03.00am in the UK then it's 10.00pm on the east coast of USA..My sister in law is 8 hours behind us in California when she phones us every Saturday night it's 6.00 PM here and 10.00 am with her, but I believe you can book your ADRS any time on your 180 days..plus 10 if your staying onsite..

right now its 10:45 am here on the east coast time and its 3:45 pm in UK time
Eastern Time Zone is the Eastern Time Zone of the United States of America (USA) and Canada. Eastern Standard Time (EST) is 5 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-5).
When does Eastern Time change to Daylight Saving Time?
In most states in the USA and in most provinces in Canada, Daylight-Saving Time (DST) is observed. During DST the time is shifted forward by 1 hour to EDT; which is 4 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-4).
After the Summer months Eastern Time is shifted back by 1 hour to US Eastern Standard Time (EST) or (GMT-5).
The schedule for the states of the United States that adopt daylight saving time are:
2 a.m. on the Second Sunday in March to
2 a.m. on the First Sunday of November.
Now I hope I thoroughly confused everyone including myself!
