What would you choose?

If you had the chance to stay at The Beach Club and just hang out at Storm Along Bay (no parks, 3 nights) or go to Typhoon Lagoon and stay at POP or All Stars, which would you pick? Thanks.

I would go with the Beach Club. There will probably be less crowds to deal with and you will have the nightlife and dinning of the Boardwalk.

If the parks aren't an option with either scenario, I'd go with the Beach Club too.

I could not be at Disney World and not go to the parks. So I would either save my money or pick another destination.

Beach Club & Storm Along Bay hands down! Like scrappy said you would still have the Board Walk and you could still do DTD right!

I have no problem at all going to Disney and not hitting the parks. I would totally pick the Beach Club and Storm Along Bay. That gives you three days of a luxurious pool, high end dining, character meals, the boat ride, and the boardwalk right outside your door. IMHO, It's a no brainer. beach

I'll dissent! I love Typhoon Lagoon, so I would say TL and a value resort. I know they aren't SB, but the value resort pools are pretty cute.

What if you have never been to Typhoon Lagoon?

It would not change my thoughts on it. We have never been to any of Disneys water parks although we have been to several around here. I do admit that I would rather spend a day in the parks than in the water parks though. But if you would really like to try the water parks, go for it. Another thought, if you are taking kids I would think they would be happier with the water park.

I don't think that would change my choice. I'm a HOtel fan, and I would want to be at the deluxe with more options right outside the door.

Beach Club. Hands down. Typhoon isn't that great in my view. The BC pool is a mini water park unto itself and you can only go there as a guest at that resort. Eat at Beaches n Cream!!! (a whole can???)

Here's what I would do... Pool hop. They frown on it but you can easily walk into the Boardwalk Villas themed pool and hang out for an afternoon. Very fun. Also they have several quiet pools which are lovely. Sit on the beach (boo, they won't let you swim in the lake any longer).

Take the water taxis to the Swan and Dolphin as well as the HS and walk back to enjoy the scene. It would be a great time. Jelly Rolls is awesome adult fun, too! I don't knowmhow difficult it is to get into the Swan and Dolphin pools as I never tried.

OhBeach club definitely. The atmosphere is so much different than POP. You won't run short on activities.
