What's Your Biggest Disney Pet Peeve?

We've all been to Disney almost more times than we can count, some for decades, some just for a few years. We tend to know the ins and out of the Parks and what experiences we can count on vs. which ones might let us down. So here's my question for you - What is your biggest Disney Pet Peeve?

For me, it's the scaffolding and sheets that go up while things are being refurbished. When I was a girl this would have NEVER been seen, because it spoils the show. All the minor painting, updates, and decorating happened overnight. They put so much manpower into the refurbishments that it truly happened like magic. You'd be in the Park on day and a building on Main Street look one way, the next day it could quite possibly have an entirely different color of trim.

Good one, Kristen. For me, it's probably guests being completely unaware of their surroundings. The dad that pops the kid on his shoulders during fireworks, the family dawdling into the path of an oncoming scooter, the group that stretches all the way across the street and blocks traffic, etc.

O-M-G! DO not even get me started on this one. You have no idea how many people have stepped directly in front of me in the scooter, and then yelled at me for not paying attention to where I was going! I swear, sometimes I really hate people.

IPads as cameras, held over your head to ensure blocking everyone else's views. Flash photography on dark rides.

Yes, the families/groups that stretch across the entire walkway....grrrrr...this is my NUMBER ONE pet peeve. Please people - single file is not necessary - but anything more than three across just blocks the walkway for everyone. Also if you need to consult your map, step to the side, don't just stop in the middle of the walkway. OK...I feel better now laugh

I have to say mine is line cutters. The worse was when I was there in May. When I was waiting for a bus at All Stars Music and the bus pulled up about 20 people cut the line to get on the bus with the two people in their party that were already in line.

Gotta say, this is mine too. I can't stand people that have a sense of entitlement nor those that are just plain rude and cut ahead in the lines. And I especially hate hearing the lame excuse "it's just their culture"... I HATE hearing that. They know damn well what their doing.

While this certainly isn't exclusive to Disney, it drives me crazy when I see young adults continue to sit down on a full bus when there is clearly someone standing that needs to sit (elderly, parent with a small child, injured etc...) I know we are all tired, but if there is someone who needs it, get up and let them sit down. Drives me crazy!!

People who show up at the last minute and think they are going to stand right in front of me at the parade or fireworks.

People who put their kid on their shoulders. Pick the kid up to your eye level, they don't need to be nine feet tall.

Line cutters should be hanged.

People who let their kids take up all the bus seats when they easily could sit on their lap.

People sitting in front of me who film entire shows, so that most of the show I get to see their screen.

Ipad picture takers.

People who talk during shows.

People who let their kids bump into me on line repeatedly. Respect my space. They are just asking for a sharp elbow or knee.

People who do not respect my personal space. I don't want to be touched by sweaty strange people.

People who really smell bad. I'm glad I use Dial. I wish everyone did.

People who use flashes. OMG I want to kill them!

Oh my gosh, this! It especially drives me nuts because I will always make sure Penny isn't touching or bumping other people (even inadvertently) and if she refuses to sit still, we leave. It's not fair to others to have their experience ruined just because your kid is antsy.

Groups that get in the single rider line and then whine or argue with the cast member when the cast member actually tries to make them ride as singles.

And...

Folks that won't go to the back of the bus and/or make room when the whole hotel (to go to park) or the whole park is loading (to go back to hotels)

Smoking! I'm always shocked when people smoke openly outside of the designated areas. I realize that the smoking areas are inconvienet but exposing people to the second hand smoke is so insensitive.

For me its those who stop in the middle of traffic rather than moving off to the side if they need to re-group or get something out of their bag. Its amazing how many people are oblivious to all other people around them.

Let see...
People who don't clean up after themselves, like leave all of their garbage and food on the table for a cm to clean up.

People who are paying more attention to their cell phones than where they are walking.

People who use flash photography, especially after they just get done saying no flash photography! Especially on my favorite ride the Haunted Mansion it drives me up a wall!

People who stop in the middle of the road to look at something, just pull over to the side people! Seriously!

Every single one of these!

Also people who just appear out of no where in the bus line as if you aren't going to notice that they have skipped in front.
