Good evening! Well, we made it down to South Carolina all right. Staying at the Disney resort. We left at about 5 am. I've been up since 4 am. Those who know me know how I feel about that, lol. Anyway, it is nice and warm. It hit 77 today and should be in the upper 60s and low 70s tomorrow. My aunt and uncle are coming down from Charleston and staying the night. I'm hoping to get some swimming in tomorrow and maybe a bike ride. Hoping to get some bike riding in as it will be in the 50s later this week which is pushing it with the asthma. Weird, it can be 100 degrees and humid and I won't have any trouble, but it will drop to the 50s, and I can't exercise outdoors. Except for maybe walking on the beach.

.As its blowing up a storm and raining like the apocalypse walking is off the cards today . Main meal tonight is low-carb shephards pie followed by Jelly 
) I'm staying home. This is one trip where my mother isn't running around trying too get everything done and enlisting my help 
.Still a way to go until i am back down to my pre-Disney weight so will stick at it and ramp up the exercise (when it is not too blowy to go out)
