Your Favourite Flight At WDW...

Good Monday Morning Everyone..I know I know, it's a bit early to be talking drink here but I've just read today's food blog report of the new menu at Whispering Canyon at WL and they have a whisky flight..What with Wine flights, beer flights, tequila flights,etc..There's some air miles in Disney to be done...Now I've only ever done a tequila flight at La Cava, but I'am interested in your choices.?..Have you done any flight in the world.?..Where was it,and what kinda flight was it.?..Pray this question hasn't been already asked....Especially by myself..LOL..Anyway, what was your favourite flight and was it worth it.?

This might be my choice as I've got to get my photo taken with Carl..Not a big lover of the black stuff ( Guinness ) Must look into the malt choices..Cheers for that...

We've done wine flights at The Wave and Territory Lounge; Champagne flights at The Brown Derby; tequila flights at La Cava; more wine flights at Citricos; ...did we do one at Mizner's? (After all that, you really can't fault me for not remembering... )

I've never done an alcohol flight of any kind at WDW but would love to try a wine flight someday.

Well, my only flight so far is the beer flight at Big River Grille & Brewing Works. I must say, I REALLY enjoyed it. But the waitress gave me grief for starting with the dark and going towards light. Apparently, that's backwards. laugh

Hey, it was fine with me though! If you like beer, I highly recommend this flight. awesome

The scotch flights, tequila flights, wine flights as above mentioned were delicious but also the 2 beer flights at Germany were very good and well worth the $$

Have a good friend that had a "flight of beer" at Rose and Crown. Apparently it was so good he was not able to continue drinking anything else afterward. DH thinks it sounds....possible.

I am looking into the Tequila flight.... clapping

I want to do a wine flight somewhere, but I really want to do the Grand Marnier or Champagne flight at Hollywood Brown Derby.

The margarita flights sound interesting, but tequila absolutely does not agree with me so no thanks!

There's a Godiva liqueur flight on the regular cocktail menu that I get sometimes. It's three shots of liqueur (chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate caramel) each accompanied by a Fresh Strawberry that you infuse with the liqueur using a pipette. Very yummy.

The picture was taken at the Top of the World, but the flight is on Disney's standard cocktail menu so you should be able to get it at any of the Disney hotel bars/lounges.

We're going to Hollywood Brown Derby on our anniversary. I think that champagne flight needs some serious consideration.

But I am sooooo showing this to my DH who is an EXTREME chocoholic!

Is there a posting somewhere of all the "flights"? Many they "missed that one" so I would like to know our options prior to going. Nothing worse than looking at a flight of one liquor, knowing it won't be a good idea with the non compatible beverages consumed prior.

I would head on over to the Disney Food Blog and search on the word "flights." I'm not sure that anywhere has a listing compiled all in one place, but DFB has covered many of the different flights available around WDW.

HERE'S A LINK FOR THAT SEARCH
