Tony This is a 1965 vette, all Vettes from 63 to 67 are commonly refered to as C2 and have small differences each model year. It is a small block V8, 327 CI. 350 HP, 4 speed manual transmission with a posi-trac rear end. I have owned this particular car for over 10 years now. My wife and I attend many car shows and cruise nights over the course of the year and we are CONSTANTLY asked what year it is, this is in spite of the registration plates which we jokingly got as a hint. laugh biggrin

This is a great thread.

I am disappointed though, that no one seemed to catch my Stand by Me reference.

Almost... this is the Starved Rock state park. I forgot the name of the "mosquito" picture park, but it is in the same area.

Is that in Illinois? Is it close to where you live?

Incredible orchid photo, Zapperz. I'd like that one as a print for my birthday, please.

Yes, that is in Illinois, northern Illinois to be exact, right along the Illinois River. It is about 2 to 2 1/2 hours from where I live.

Give it more sun than what the instruction says, especially if you have it indoors. Glass windows blocks most of the UV, and I think it needs longer duration in direct sunlight if it is indoors. I have mine right on a south-facing window all day.
