At this time, it looks like taping for the parade will happen at the Magic Kingdom Friday, November 30, and Saturday, December 1 (with Sunday, December 2, as a rain date).

Celebs Sign Petition to Stop Barneys' Disney-Themed Christmas Window Displays

Celebrities have added their names to the petition to stop Barneys from moving forward with a Disney-inspired Christmas window display at their New York location.

A version of the intended display was recently released and shows favorite Disney characters (think Minnie, Daisy and Goofy) re-imagined as super-tall, super-thin models. The petitioners complaint stems from the message the display could send to young girls.

An excerpt of the petition reads:

German Tourist Accused of Making Fake Bomb Threat at WDW

Jochen Naumann, 37, apparently told cast members working the security checkpoint at the Magic Kingdom that he had two bombs in his backpack. When the cast member questioned Naumann further, the German tourist repeated he had bombs in his backpack.

A sherriff deputy stationed at the checkpoint then called in a bomb-sniffing dog while he took the tourist into custody. The dog did not find any explosive devices in the man's backpack.
