New Characters in Flight Balloon Delivered to Downtown Disney

Back in July, we brought you a post about the Characters in Flight balloon experience being grounded after an accident with a similar balloon overseas. It now looks like the wait for the balloon ride to be back up and running could be about over.

A new yellow-and-red striped balloon was recently delivered to Downtown Disney. It features such characters as Tinker Bell and Peter Pan, Aladdin and Jasmine, Buzz Lightyear, and Dumbo.

As you probably already know, Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival kicks off today, and those of you luckey enough to be heading over there to take in the festivities who have a Chase debit and/or credit card are entitled to some VIP treatment from Chase itself.

Celebration Woman Holds Guinness World Record for Mickey Mouse Memorabilia

A Celebration, Florida, woman is the holder of the Guinness World Record for Mickey Mouse Memorabilia with over 4,000 items of the iconic mouse. And you thought you were a Disney fanatic!

Janet Esteves, 57, first nabbed the record in 2006; at that time, she had over 2,100 Mickey items. Now, her record-holding collection weighs in at 4,127 items - and Esteves believes she has at least 2,000 more items yet to be cataloged and counted.

Epcot's Canada Pavilion: Victoria Gardens

The Victoria Gardens can be found at Epcot in the Canada Pavilion. Guests stroll through it after exiting O' Canada! and admire it charming the sides of the walkway that leading to Le Cellier Steakhouse. In my opinion it's one of the prettiest spots in all of Epcot and maybe even all of Walt Disney World. Yet, set down and back away from the World Showcase promenade as it is, many people walk right by.
