To Character or Not. That is the Question.

Our favorite newlyweds are back with more He Said/She Said, Disney-style!

Our last newlywed battle seemed to go pretty well, so we have found another Disney experience we disagree on to share with you! We will let the Pro side go first.

Tokyo Disneyland Update

The Tokyo Disneyland Resort is still closed in the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan earlier this month and will remain closed until further notice.

Thorough inspections were conducted in Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySEA and found that structures and guest areas inside both parks were safe and sound. The same cannot be said, however, for the outside of the parks. More specifically, the parking lots of the parks have sustained damage from soil liquefaction which occurred when the earthquake's tremors caused the soil under the parking lots to act like liquid.

History of Horizons at EPCOT Center

"If we can dream it, we can do it." That's the mantra of the classic Horizons attraction at the EPCOT Center of the 1980s and 1990s.

Great American Pie Festival to be Held in Celebration

Whether it's chocolate, cherry or anything in between, most of us seem to have a favorite pie. Get ready to celebrate what some might deem "slices of heaven" at the Great American Pie Festival in Celebration, Florida, April 9 and 10. (The Disney connection here? Celebration lies just outside the maingate of Walt Disney World and also was a community planned and built by Disney.)

Most romantic times of year at Disney World

Disney World is a great place for romance. When my husband and I travel to WDW, it's our chance to be kids together, enjoy our favorite foods, and take it as slow or as fast as we would like with touring around the parks. In our opinion, there are some times of year that are most conducive to romance at Disney World. Here's our top picks.

An Addition for the Grand Floridian

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be getting an addition sometime in the future.

A permit application detailing the upcoming addition was submitted to the South Florida Water Management District. It describes a T-shaped building standing at six to seven stories high and connected to the current resort with a covered walkway.

Sanaa at Kidani Village

On the bottom level of Kidani Village at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge sits a very unusual dining experience in Disney World. Sanaa offers both a very unique view as well as dishes unlike any others you'll experience at Disney World.

English Crew Member Missing From Disney Wonder Cruise Ship

Rebecca Coriam, a 24-year-old Disney Wonder crew member, was reported missing from the cruise ship this past week.

The 1,754-passenger ship was at sea this past Tuesday after setting out from its home port of Los Angeles when the crew member didn't show up for the start of her shift.

Disney CEO Honored at Alzheimer's Association Event

The 19th annual "A Night at Sardi's" event was held recently in Los Angeles with Disney CEO Bob Iger as the evening's honoree. Raising more than $1.6 million for the Alzheimer's Association, the event drew some 900 guests including some top names in entertainment.

Best Job in Disney World...or the Worst?

I ventured back to Karamell Kuche in Epcot's Germany pavilion recently to pick up some caramel corn. As I was waiting in line I watched one of the cast members there dipping strawberries into the chocolate. I thought to myself: "That must be the best job in the world." I mean it's like working in a rainbow factory or being a unicorn handler. What could be better than spending the day manufacturing pure wonder.
