It's been quite a while since I've gotten down there are Christmas time, I would really love to make another winter trip, though it's not in the cards this year.

I've been to WDW 6 times but this December will be my first time during the holiday season and I am so excited about being able to experience everything it has to offer. I will be there for 8 full days so hopefully I can get everything in. Already have tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and a dinner package for the Candlelight Procession. Love all the helpful tips that I've been getting from WDWFG. Keep them coming!

This December will be our 3rd time going to WDW during Christmas. It's always so beautiful and of course so magical. You'll enjoy the Candlelight Procession. The music is beautiful.

Melanie - I haven't heard anything confirming that at this point, but it would seem that could be a possibility.

Just an idea for those coming down for the first time. Take a day and visit some of the resorts, it doesn't cost anything and the resorts are decorated beautifully. We go and take the monorail and stop at the Grand, Poly, they are beautiful. If you have a car, park at the Boardwalk and see the decorations then take the boat to the Yacht and Beach. Disney goes all out with decorations and we make a day of it just sightseeing and your pictures will be great.

My husband and I took our honeymoon there on November 6 last year and were able to witness the very first Christmas lighting of the castle of the year and attend the Christmas party. My heart sinks thinking about not being able to be there this year, but we have already started to save up for our next trip :) Best trip ever!

I am a new resident of Orlando and have seen only the Osborne lights and some of the resorts decorated for Christmas last year. Since this will be my second Christmas in Orlando, I was wondering whether I should skip the Osborn lights this year in the interest of time and check out Holiday Wishes instead since working and all of that stuff means that I sure can't see everything. Are the Osborne lights the same every year?
