The Artist's Table Callebaut Belgian Sipping Chocolates are a richly intense and decedent trio of dark, milk, and white drinking chocolates. Guests at last year's festival reported that the richness of this trio makes it perfect for sharing. If you are looking to add a bit more flair to your sumptuous sips, you may want to order the your Callebaut Belgian Sipping Chocolate spiked with Chambord black raspberry liqueur.

The Masterpiece Kitchen is the place to be if you are a lover of charcuterie. The Charcuterie Palette combines several unique artisan cured meats with rich cheeses and an assortment of drizzled condiments. While I would say this is a perfect taster for two, I'm not sharing. Pair this one with a glass of Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque Brut Champagne for extra extravagance.

The Deconstructed Dish pays homage to the haute food trend of taking the ingredients of a classic dish, and presenting them in a different way than they would normally go together. The Irregular Reuben presents shredded corned beef, thousand island dressing, and pickled red cabbage with an artful rye curl. It got mixed reviews last year, but I do love corned beef and the presentation is terribly fun.

Also at The Deconstructed Dish a Deconstructed Strawberry Cheesecake whipped to a delightful fluff, and styled along side fresh Florida strawberries, sugar cookies and micro-basil. They had me at whipped new york cheesecake, but adding in some Plant City berries is enough to make a girl giddy.

L'Art du Cuisine Francaise in the France Pavilion will be home to what sounds like a new favorite when it comes to frozen cocktails. The Frose will consist of frozen Cotes de Provence Rose Wine with Grey Goose Vodka and Peach Puree. Wine slushies have hit the food scene across the country like a delicious explosion, and the addition of peach puree to the to the Cotes de Provence Rose Wine is sure to sweeten things up.
