Advanced Dining Reservations to Open for Be Our Guest Restaurant

Our good friends over at the Disney Food Blog have announced that Advanced Dining Reservations for the highly anticipated Be Our Guest restaurant in Walt Disney World's New Fantasyland can be booked beginning Monday, August 20 at 7:00AM ET by calling (407) WDW-DINE. Online, guests will be able to book this fabulous new restaurant through disneyworld.com/dine on August 22. A credit card number is required at time of booking in accordance with the Disney Dining cancellation policy. The Disney Dining plan will be accepted.

Doorway into the Castle Ballroom
Located beneath Beast's Castle the Be Our Guest restaurant will be a unique Disney Dining experience, at lunch it will be a counter service establishment with automated touch screen terminals for ordering. Yet at night for dinner the glistening rooms within this medieval style castle will deliver a table service meal with a french inspired menu. Be Our Guest will seat up to 550 people in three dining meticulously designed rooms. Original artwork elements will showcases beloved characters from Beauty and the Beast, as well as a plethora of beautiful enchanted roses.

Enchanted Roses Adorn Every Corner

The lunch time Counter-Service menu includes sandwiches and salads inspired by friendly french classics such as a tuna Nicoise salad and a Croque Monsieur sandwich, as well as carved turkey on a warm baguette, and a grilled steak sandwich with garlic butter spread. Vegetarians will enjoy a loaded vegetable quiche or quinoa, shallot, and chive salad.

Dinner time Table-Service offers a variety of appetizers like the charcuterie plate with cured meats and sausages, mussels steamed in white wine, or French onion soup. Hearty main course options include a thyme-scented pork chop, grilled strip steak with pommes frites, and pan-seared salmon in leek fondue just to name a few. You can top your meal off with desserts like the triple chocolate cupcakes, or a passion fruit cream puff. Each as delicious as the next.
