Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Classic at Walt Disney World

One of Walt Disney World Resort's longest-running traditions, this year the 42nd Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Classic returns will be held November 8th thru the 11th at Disney's Magnolia and Palm golf courses. During these 4 days 128 world-class golfers will come together to raise funds for the Children's Miracle Network hospitals in Central Florida and compete for the chance to win one of the last PGA Tour events of the year.


Fast Facts.

• This year's Classic purse is $4.7 million.
• The winner's earnings amount to $846,000.
• The tournament features 128 PGA TOUR players and 128 amateurs during the first two rounds.
• For the first two rounds, players will compete on both the Magnolia and Palmgolf courses. Those who make the cut will move on to play in the third and fourth round on the Magnolia Course.
• The Magnolia is a par 72, 7,516 yard course.
• The Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Classic is the final stop on the PGA TOUR.

Past Winners. A popular destination for golfers and their families, the Classic serves as the season finale for the PGA TOUR, and the final opportunity for golfers on the threshold to play their way into the Top 125 on the money list. This tournament began in 1971 with legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus winning three consecutive titles. Other past champions include Tiger Woods, Vijay Singh, Payne Stewart and Davis Love III. Last year Robert Carrigus won his first PGA tour victory here.
