Adding to it's fantastic array of itineraries, with two new ships the Disney Cruise Line is visiting more ports than ever. Last week it was announced that in late 2013, for the first time Jamaica will be an exciting Port of Call. Departing from Galveston, Texas this new seven-night Western Caribbean cruise will make port in Falmouth, Jamaica Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and Cozumel, Mexico.

Falmouth, is one of the Caribbean's most beautiful Georgian towns, Disney guests will be able to experience the city's history and culture, while making a trip through time in a horse and buggy, shopping for local arts and crafts, and tasting the flavor of Jamaica's signature jerk recipes. Additional shore excursions are to include Bamboo raft rides along the Martha Brae River and in nearby Ocho Rios, the spectacular Dunn's River Falls. I know I've wanted to climb the falls there since I saw it in a scene of Tomorrowland's 'If you had Wings' attraction back in the 70's.
