Disney's Epic Mickey for Wii a Hit

Epic Mickey for Nintendo Wii was one of the most hotly-anticipated game releases of 2010. Released on November 30, the game has taken the Dis-fan world by storm.

Some have complained because Epic Mickey is only available for Wii. So why not just buy a Wii for you and your family if you haven't taken the plunge yet? It's available in black, white or red limited edition.

Here's a look at the game's trailer:

The Epic Mickey game retails for $49.99, but has begun to drop in price.

There's also a Epic Mickey Collector's Edition available at a retail price of $69.99, which includes the game, a 5" collectible vinyl Mickey, a special DVD with behind-the-scenes footage and more, and Wii Remote faceplates and console skins.

Finally there's a special Epic Mickey Paintbrush Nunchuck available too, to complete the Epic Mickey look for your Wii.

One more video for you: a demo of the actual Epic Mickey gameplay.

Do you own Epic Mickey? Are you hooked yet?

I haven't gotten to play yet, but my husband LOVES it. It is fun to watch him play. The gamy play is just okay, but it is such a fun game to look at. All the little Disney gems make us very happy!

I got it last Wednesday and have been playing while recovering from the surgery (that's my story anyways) - it's a blast! I like that you can change the way the game goes by using either thinner or paint. I'm guessing I can go back and re-play and have a somewhat different experience.

We love Epic me, though I use the term "we" loosely. My husband bought the game for me for Christmas, yet I hardly have a chance to use it, since he is constantly playing! :-)
