A new menu for the new digs will offer Florida fresh flavors made with some locally sourced juices, syrups, and alcohols to give Guests a taste of the sunshine state. One of my favorite things is that Dockside Margaritas is that it looks like they will serving up more than just tequila.

  • Patron Anejo Margarita - Patron Barrel Select Anejo Tequila, Grand Marnier, Sweet-and-Sour and fresh Lime Juice.
  • Habanero Lime Margarita - Patron Silver Tequila, Habanero Lime, fresh Lime Juice and Florida Sugar Cane Simple Syrup
  • Strawberry Margarita - Herradura Reposado Tequila and fresh Lime Juice blended with Strawberry Puree

Exciting New Flavors!

In addition to the great new cocktails, Guests should delight in craft beers from Florida breweries, like delicious Orange Blossom Pilsner, Bold City Duke's Brown Ale and Cigar City Jai Alai IPA. Also featured will be Tropical Florida wines previously found at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival Florida booth such as the refreshing Mango Mamma and my favorite, Key Limen.

Waterfront entertainment will be back too, "with live performers from 2:30-10:30 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and 12:30-10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday." So grab a drink, take a seat at a table under an umbrella, and kick back for a dreamy time and beautiful views of the waterfront at Buena Vista cove.

Are you excited to try out Dockside Margaritas? I'm most looking forward to the Sugar Cane Mojito, and the Florida Citrus Freeze - guess it's time to book another trip! Leave a comment and let me know what you can't wait to try.

I'm not a fan of Tequila so I'll pass on the margaritas, but the Orange Grove Rum Runner, the Sugar Cane Mojito, and the Florida Citrus Freeze sound delicious! With the word "Freeze" in the name, it sounds like it should be a frozen drink. That would be quite refreshing on a hot Florida day.

Does anyone know if they accept Disney gift cards here? We have lots of extra gf's to use and places like this would be great to use them at.
