Mickey & Minnie’s Surprise Celebration Arrives at Magic Kingdom In 2019

November 18th is Mickey Mouse's official birthday celebration, and we're celebrating his 90th by looking forward to a special celebration that will be all about him, and his gal. The fun begins Jan. 18 when Mickey & Minnie's Surprise Celebration kicks off at Magic Kingdom Park! Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, will be honored with brand new entertainment, merchandise and specialty food and beverage. I don't know about you, but I'm pretty excited to get to join in.

Mickey & Minnie's Surprise Celebration brings with it a new-ish entertainment experience "Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party." This colorful procession will parade up Main Street, U.S.A. toward Cinderella Castle, where guests will be invited to join in the energetic dance party. Joining Mickey and Minnie in all the fun will be a bevy of beloved Disney characters, including Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Max, Chip 'n Dale and more.

This mobile party will happen several times daily, so be sure to check your times guide or the MyDisneyExperience app.


Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party


Debuting for the super celebration are new wardrobes for both Mickey and Minnie! Let's face it, Minnie Mouse has some pretty amazing clothes in her closet. The colorful new party clothes make for a great addition as the main mice are surrounded by a swirl of pom-poms and confetti.

All of the Main Street, U.S.A. residents are eager to be part of this special Surprise Celebration. The Dapper Dans barbershop quartet, and the Casey's Corner piano player are just two of the Main Street U.S.A. entertainers to honor Mickey and Minnie with special musical moments taking place throughout the day.
