Power Up: New Tech Merchandise Available at Disney Shops

Extra batteries and chargers are staple items to add to your tech bag before leaving on vacation. In my bag you'll find a variety of chargers to keep me going throughout my day of heavy touring. For my usage of heavy tweeting and texting during vacations, my iPhone battery will last me until about mid-day. After that it's time to plug in and power up to both keep in touch with the rest of our party, and share the fun with my Twitter stream. In the past if you forgot your spare battery you were just plain out of luck, but now if you forget, now Disney's got your back.

I bought a mophie before my last trip and when my iPhone got low, I just plugged it into my phone and was powered up. At night I recharged it in the hotel room. * Tip: Bring a power strip with you so you can be sure to have enough outlets to power your electronics @ night in your room.

I've taken the GumPro to Europe, WDW, DLR and on 2 DCL cruises. It charges my iPhone 4 twice. It's a must have for any vacation. It's the size of a large wrigleys pack of gum. So on the no bag days, it fits nicely in cargo pants along with my iPhone cord.

Very nice, I have a fairly cheap Duracell that will recharge my iPhone, it's nothing fancy but usually gets me through the day. The issue happens when I forget to recharge it at night.
