Terralina Crafted Italian Opening this Fall at Disney Springs

Terralina Crafted Italian is set to open this fall in Disney Springs in the former location of Portobello Country Italian Trattoria. The new restaurant will be helmed by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tony Mantuano, who also headed the kitchen at Portobello.

As Downtown Disney continues its transformation to Disney Springs, another new restaurant is set to open next week. Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar, located at The Landing, is opening on September 22 just in time for the Epcot Food and Wine Festival crowds.

Coca-Cola Store Orlando at Disney Springs

Disney Springs has grown to be quite a destination in the past year, with world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment. On my last trip I spent quite a bit of time wandering the new sections, and one of my favorite places was the first place we went was the Coca-Cola Store. Coca-Cola has been a Disney partner since 1942, and this new store is a showpiece for the company.

Drinking Absinthe at AbracadaBAR On Disney's BoardWalk

Absinthe is a mysterious drink steeped in legend and folklore, but was it the key to the disappearance of a secret club of magicians who once made their home on Disney's BoardWalk? According to The Boardwalk Bugle (hanging on a wall in the bar) on November 13, 1940 a group of BoardWalk illusionists and entertainers vanished into thin air right in this place - never to be heard from again.

In the middle of this winter cold, there's nothing more that I would like than to be lying on a Caribbean beach in the sun on a quiet beach. The Gumdrop Holiday Cocktail at Disney's Hollywood Studios

I'm not generally a fan of gumdrops, but when their spirit is invoked in cocktail form, sign me up for a taste test! Amongst the specialty cocktails currently being served up for the holidays at Disney's Hollywood Studios the Gumdrop just may be my favorite. A sweet and fruity concoction of Stoli Razberi Vodka, Chambord, pineapple juice, cranberry juices, and Sprite it's got all the makings of a super drinkable cocktail.
