Walt Disney World Limited Time Magic: Week 7 True Love

Love is in the air at Walt Disney World Resort as fairytale princesses find true love with their princes, and "happily ever after" becomes reality. It all happens during this Limited Time Magic True Love Week February 11-17, 2013 at Walt Disney World Resort. The week long event celebrates the love of friends and family, and invites couples to rekindle the flame through a tapestry of romantic vignettes to share.

News Tidbits: Bay Lake Tower Check-In and Typhoon Lagoon Wi-Fi

Here are a couple of recent news tidbits in and around Walt Disney World.

First up, some of you heading out to check-in at the Bay Lake Tower might find the process a bit easier. As of tomorrow, check-in at the Tower will be located in the Tower itself and not through the Contemporary Resort.

California Grill Slated To Close For Renovations

A super popular spot for firework watching will be getting a makeover after the holidays. The California Grill is set to close in early 2013 for what's being called an "extensive renovation."

While there are not a whole lot of details at this time as to what exactly will change with the Contemporary Resort-based restaurant, guests can expect a brand new look for the Grill and some changes to the menu. Chef Brian Piasecki looks to be "excited" about the upcoming changes and "enhancements to the interactive kitchen." He also says:

"Health" Suite Plans At Contemporary Canceled

Back in April, we brought you news about new health and wellness suites at the Contemporary Resort. Now, news out of Disney has it that those plans have been scrapped.

The suites, which were orginally slated to open last month, were to feature in-room exercise equipment, massages and other "healthy" amenities. There is no official word as to why the suite plans fell through.

New Specialty Rooms Coming Soon

There will be two new Specialty Room offerings coming to Walt Disney World Resort soon: health and wellness suites and Royal Guest Rooms.

Disney Plans Activities for Easter

This time of year is traditionally a busy time at Walt Disney World as spring break and the Easter holiday combine to attract many guests to Disney. To celebrate this year's Easter, Disney has some activities planned for guests planning to visit the happiest place on earth.

Easter wouldn't be complete for some without a visit to the Easter Bunny. What better way to see him than at Disney? Catch the Easter Bunny plus his wife, Mrs. Bunny, now through Saturday near Magic Kingdom's City Hall in the Tour Guide Gardens.
