Chef Mickey’s to Start Serving Brunch Daily on May 31

One of the most popular character meals at the Walt Disney World Resort is adding a daily brunch to the menu. Reservations for brunch at Chef Mickey's, located inside Disney's Contemporary Resort, open on May 22. The first brunch seating is available on Sunday, May 31.

Disney Parks and Resorts Inspire New Line of Coffee from Joffrey’s

Even if you can't wake up at your favorite Disney theme park or hotel every morning you can enjoy a cup of coffee inspired by those locations thanks to Joffrey's.

The Tampa, Florida based specialty roasting company recently introduced the Disney Parks and Resorts Specialty Coffee Collection featuring nine blends inspired by the theme parks and hotels.

Joffrey's head roastmaster collaborated with top Disney chefs to create the specialty blends.

RFID Payment System Comes to the Contemporary

Radio Frequency ID, or RFID, payment terminals recently started being tested at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Under this new system, guests staying at a resort will be issued a "Key to the World" resort card. The card will let the guest "pay" for an item, say, at the gift shop with the purchase being added to the guest resort bill. In addition to being a new means to pay for items throughout a resort, the RFID cards will also be equipped to open a guest's room.

Getaway Tips For A Three Night Trip

Sometimes you just need a long weekend to get away from it all, a quick trip to recharge your batteries. My little secret, if that I don't count out Walt Disney World when I just want to run away. While many Disney fans are always working on those long week plus family vacation, I'm happy to jet down an get a quick fix in whenever I can.
