NEWS: Disney Dining Plan Updates Announced for 2018 and Alcoholic Drinks are Now Included

We have big news today! The 2018 Disney Dining Plan updates were announced this morning and for the first time ever the Dining Plan includes specialty beverages and alcoholic beverages (for guests 21 and older of course).

Morimoto Asia Set to Open in Downtown Disney on September 30

Morimoto Asia, the first pan-Asian restaurant from Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, is set to open on September 30 at The Landing in Downtown Disney (soon-to-be Disney Springs). Reservations will be available via Open Table on September 16.

Another Great Week of Eat To The Beat Concerts At The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

The fun continues well into the night at Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival with plenty of food for your body, and some great music to feed your soul. Included in your Theme Park ticket admission currently is the the 'Eat to the Beat' Concert Series held each night at the American Gardens Theatre. Musical acts take the stage three times a night at 5:30, 6:45 and 8 p.m during the course of the event.

Don’t Let a Rainy Day at Epcot Get You Down

If there's one Walt Disney World theme park where getting caught in the rain isn't such a bad thing, it would be Epcot. Of course, a rainy day at Disney World beats a rainy day anywhere else and you shouldn't let a little rain dampen your day at any of the theme parks.

Grab a Good Meal at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe at the Magic Kingdom

When you're looking for a good place to rest your weary feet and grab a quick bite to eat at the Magic Kingdom, head over to the intersection between Adventureland and Frontierland and stop at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe.

Of course the regulars just call it Pecos Bill's and one of our favorite things about the quick service location is the themeing and decor. Depending on which entrance you use you will either see the "Wild West" signage in Frontierland or the Caribbean-style sign from the Adventureland entrance.

The FastPass+ Lunch Experience at Be Our Guest

Lunch at Be Our Guest in the Magic Kingdom is the most sought-after quick service meal in the entire kingdom. If you aren't lucky enough to score a FastPass+ for lunch you either have to try to get one of the new standby tickets or stand in a terribly long line and hope to get in.

Dine Inside Mexico's Pyramid at San Angel Inn Restaurante

Inside the pyramid in Epcot's Mexico Pavilion you'll find a bustling courtyard held in perpetual twilight. The lantern lit square holds a bubbling fountain and artisan vendor carts selling trinkets from across Mexico. Fabulous Spots To Snack in Epcot

Walt Disney World's Epcot Theme Park is know far and wide for its stellar food and beverage choices. With dozens of snacking and dining locations that represent a board variety of world flavors one could easily make the argument that this Park runs on food. Whenever my family heads to Epcot, we don't often make reservations, instead we celebrate a tradition of simply snacking our way through the Park.
