Lineup Announced For Epcot's Flower Power Concert Series

It's become an annual - or perennial - favorite of Disney guests. We're talking, of course, of Epcot's International Flower and Garden Festival and the accompanying Flower Power Concert Series. This year's lineup was recently announced and will feature artists and music from the 60's, 70's and 80's. Here are the dates and acts:

  • #March 4-6 Jose Feliciano
  • #March 11-13 The Guess Who
  • #March 18-20 Chubby Checker and the Wildcats
  • #March 25-27 Melissa Manchester

Disneyland's Family Fun Weekends

Disneyland hopes to shake their guests' winter blues with some added magic. Starting this weekend and running until March 6, the California park will play host to Family Fun Weekends. Special food, dancing, music and other themed events are just a few of the things Disneyland has planned for its guests.

Each weekend will feature a theme for its festivities. Fiesta Disneyland, which celebrates Hispanic culture, kicks off the weekend series this weekend. Upcoming dates and themes are:

- January 21 - 23: Disney's Kickin' Country Weekend
- January 28 - 30: Character Fan Days

2012 Night of Joy at Walt Disney World

It's just about two weeks until Disney's 2012 Night of Joy and there's an All-Star line up covering two nights of sensational, spiritual music. Night of Joy is an annual after-hours event at the Magic Kingdom that requires a special ticket. The event takes place on two nights in September 7-8, 2012 from 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. each evening.
