The old website I used to use had an interactive plan that you could put everything in and print off if you wished. The bit I loved about it was that I could edit while I was away on vacation, so if we changed something we could move it around to make sure the thing we were supposed to do but changed, didn't get lost or forgotten about. You could put everything in there, flight, car hire, hotels, villa and then a list of parks (all the Orlando parks, not just disney) plus loads of different activities. Honestly, its the only thing I miss about that site (well and the nice people on there). I haven't been able to find anything similar anywhere else Sad

No I don't as I don't like spreadsheets laugh
I created my own Word document that I just change with the new information for each time I go. I have attach my sample...for me it works.

With a background in Project Management I am spreadsheets all the way, I have an itinerary spreadsheet, budgeting spreadsheet with payment due dates etc, packing list spreadsheet, things to do with due dates spreadsheet, think that's it! Oh no, I also have a spreadsheet with the last 6yrs MNSSHP and MVMCP dates so I could try to predict this year's party nights. And just remembered I have a spreadsheet with a list of restaurants and websites to sign up to for coupons.

For some reason it won't let me upload my itinerary as a spreadsheet so done it as a pdf.

Do you have an app for this or is it on a computer?

I am just adjusting to a smartphone and I refuse to carry my tablet or my husband's iPad around the parks, but I am the one who knows when the ADRs, the fastpass times, rope drop, park closing and EMH. If I don't, no one will. I have a small plastic binder that has all the official papers (reservation confirmations, flight passes, etc) but that stays in the resort.
Can anyone give me apps that will do this???? I put it in my phone calendar and it's a pain. I have have a Samsung Nexus (also known as an X).
Very appreciated!!!!!

I use Tripit as well and I love it.

Oldtink - Tripit has both browser based components and an app that you can work from. It will keep all of that information. The big selling point to me with Tripit is that when you get an email reservation confirmation you can just forward that to trip it and it puts all the information into the system for you. Super easy and it's not just Disney based so you can use it for all sorts of travel.

I setup a spreadsheet before we go and make sure I know to the cent how much money we have each day of our trip. We start off with the opening balance and each evening I add up the receipts (over a cocktail usually) and see how we are doing. Not that I want to stress over money when we go on holiday, but it's nice to know where you stand.

We have no credit cards at all so it's all cash (debit cards) when we go on trips. I usually plan out a certain amount of cash to have on hand for little things like water, snacks, etc. Then all meals, merchandise and whatever else costs more than a few dollars goes on the card.

We usually know where we are going to eat so it's pretty easy to figure out a good budget on how much this meal or that meal would be based on past trips. Good to hang on to those old recipes for this purpose. Or bad depending on how many adult beverages are on one bill. Seriously, I did that the other evening and forgot we had three bottles of wine and three Brandys a piece last time we ate at Le Chef's.

All worth it though awesome

I would download the MyDisneyExperience app to your phone. It has wait times and can you modify your fastpass+ selections on it a long with dining reservations. You need to have an account with Disney to use the reservation and fastapss+ part. It's a free app.

I have spreadsheet with space for additions. Our fast passes for the most part, along with our ADRs are booked. So, it's just if we hit pay dirt and score an extra fast pass.

I use a Word file with a schedule table (page 1) and a text page for details (page 2). Since my November planning file is still in the preliminary stages (no reservation numbers or other sensitive info included yet), I thought I'd post the table page so y'all can see what it looks like. Not as fancy as some of the spreadsheets people use, but it does the trick.

Someone just told me that I can sync my Samsung Galaxy to my computer so I "should" be able to see my schedule. Not sure how to do it.

Jeff C do you have an editable version of your spreadsheet? I'd love to use it for our upcoming trip!

Hello Megan and welcome to WDWForGrownups. Jeff has not been on for a while, so don't be offended if he does not answer you. There is a copy of it here somewhere that is editable, but I also have one and I will try and find for you. You will have to download the fonts though if you don't have them already.

I posted this on another thread, but the free app (Cozi) on my android allows me to sync with my PC any excel sheets I have created, and updates any changes, so my phone has the whole spread now! Simple to use and modify.

Got it! So I just modify this one? When Cozi takes it I lose some formatting, but when I print it out, it's easier to read than mine. awesome
