Oh my goodness! Is that a little bridge?!? It's been TOO long since I've been to that resort!

Those shots of SSR are great. They should use those on their DVC brochures.

Yet another POP pic! I love these "suitcases" they use to cart everyone's luggage around:

Zz those are stunning photos of OKW, in fact it renewed my interest in planning a trip to stay there. It looks so peaceful and serene. Of course it helps that there is not a person to be found in any of those photos. What time were those photos taken?

The 1st, 4th, and 5th photos were taken early in the morning, but the rest were taken during the "normal" day.

Wow, beautiful photos in this thread. You almost can't go wrong with any Disney property, can you? They're all beautiful in their own way.

So peaceful, Zapperz. I'm amazed that I've never stepped foot on the grounds of OKW. I'd really love to tour that resort.

I was thinking about how nice OKW looked in ZapperZ's pictures and thinking I should check it out. Then I thought about how nice SSR looks in his pictures and I've been there. I think ZapperZ makes the resorts look nicer than they actually are!

Are you saying that my pictures exaggerate? Smile

Maybe they just "highlight the best qualities."

Such a cool photo, admin! I love that place.

I've got one of the GF boat dock to compliment Zapperz' portfolio:

I don't remember that from when I stayed there... was it there when they first built the hotel? How pretty!

Bali it has been there as long as I have ben in DVC, it is like a hallway situated between the check in area and the store and reataurant area, also in that area are a DVC sales kiosk and a Disney cruise line kiosk, just a quiet comfortable place to sit and relax. In fact the lady in the blue suit is a Cruise line rep.

Thanks, Vettelover! Maybe I'm mixing up the areas of the resort...I do remember that hallway over near the lobby...

Not as much as I would like, but then it never is, I try for at least once a year but sometimes I go to one of the other DVC resorts. My next trip is Jan. at AKL Jambo House.

ZapperZ makes SSR look lovely, but I still think AKL is more my cup of tea!

What a beautiful resort that is. Do you know if you can use both pools if you're staying at Jambo House? I think you can, but you never know with these things wink
