The "moms panel" on the Disney World website says this about Remy
and his appearance times at Les Chefs De France:

Although an appearance by Remy is not guaranteed and we don't know for sure how long he will continue to appear at Chefs de France, he has been making the rounds of the restaurant Monday through Saturday at approximately 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 and 5:20 p.m.

Thanks so much! I just changed our rezzies to 4:40 so hopefully we'll see him. crossfingers I showed DH your pictures of Remy and he thought it was the cutest thing ever so he asked me to try to get a time where we might see him! Smile

Yes!! I love that shot! I like how you can really see "the bear" and it looks like he's peering at you over the rocks. Smile

laugh One of the boat 'captains' pointed it out to us. And I think they talk about it on the Lodge tour as well. You can see it best at night and from the water, but the two triangle windows at the top are the eyes, the larger triangle area is the snout and the chandelier in the middle of that area is the nose. Smile You might be able to see it a bit better in the larger version of my pic...
