It's finally warmed up a bit here. For the way I've greeted it you would have thought we were emerging from 6 months of hellish winter instead of a 2.5 week cold snap. I just can't handle the cold anymore.

Nope...a warm climate seriously ruins you. I suppose I would readjust to WV. But it would not be fun. I think more than the cold, though, it would be tough to lose the sunshine. I KNOW I take it for granted. When we have a run of cloudy days -say, 2 or 3 in a row, we turn very grumpy. And then the sun comes out again, and everything's better.

Hello from Minnesota! 25 degrees right now with a blizzard raging. They say 12 to 15 inches of snow today. Will be the second snowiest winter ever after today and we are heady for the snowiest. Would rather have snow than cold. When it gets to -20 even the snow goes south. Enjoy your day. We are spending it by the fireplace and a long Sunday afternoon nap. Dreaming Disney dreams. Next vacation in October at OKW.

Yesterday was beautiful..it was in the 80's and it seemed like everyone in the neighborhood was outside doing something..then today it was in the 60's. I think it's supposed to stay in the 60's and 70's for the next week.

Welcome, Drommer 0! I hope that snow has melted by now. October is such a GREAT time to visit WDW and Central FL. Are you coming at that time for a special reason, like the Food and Wine Fest? Or just because?

Since I live in So Cal, my version of cold doesn't really compare to most of yours... but we did have a rainy spell for awhile with lots of wind - and yes, I was cold! The last few days have been pretty nice (yay sunshine!) but today it's overcast and muggy. I'd prefer if it were just hot, to be honest.

Just a rainfall warning JustCar? Heck in NH we are having torrential rains and we have FLOOD warning today! If I remember correctly you live in PEI or NB, if that is the case get ready it's coming your way.

NB is right, as of right now we have a warning of 25-45 mm of rain. I can almost see over the snowbanks after all the rain yesteday. Here in Saint John there are a few flood areas but not me, I am tired of the snow and I am totally ready for spring.

I hope you stay dry Vettelover

Haha, I agree with you. We're about 57 today and it's raining and I'm freezing! silly I get used to San Diego weather though, so when the sun isn't shining I get cold!

We're about to have a spring "cold snap" of sorts here in FL - highs 60s/low 40s for a day or two....hoping that all of you dealing with this nasty weather are staying safe and dry...
