Ok, So I think I am on Monday now. I am starting to get antsy about going home soon and I don't like it! Once again the soothing sounds of screaming kids and drums wakes me. mad mad mad mad Honestly, these parents didn't give a (insert your favorite word here) I never once heard them sush or ask the kids to be quiet and yes, I could hear them talking loud and clear too.

Anywho off to Epcot and time to get serious about F & W!! We hit 7 booths tasting 16 different items today. We listened to the mariachi band and really just took our sweet time walking around. It was quite windy and cool still.

Back to AKL for a nap before our Flight of Passage Fastpass and dinner at Satul'li Canteen, if you are on the fence about this place, stop thinking about it and GO!!! It is delicious! Our FP was for 6:50 and we got in line a little after 7. Because of technical difficulties, the park was nearly closed by the time we got off, we still had time to grab our dinner then just roamed around Pandora for a bit in the dark! muchlove As much as I love this place during the day, night time is just stunning.

Ugh sorry you had such a crappy day! At least you got some good food in your belly, though! We love Wave brunch and HBD! So so so excited to try Satuli! Is that the beef on the right? Looks delicious!

It is the beef and as much as I love it, I think the chicken is just as goof IF NOT better!! Everything is amazing. I didn't think I would like it with the kale but it was really good!

Tuesday - Last full day...

Breakfast at Sanaa before heading over to Epcot. I really like their little breakfast. I could eat my weight in their hashbrowns!! date

Again we headed to Food and Wine in the morning. For some reason we just weren't ourselves this F&W trip. We were full, we didn't want to get more of our favorites... not sure what was happening. We tried 12 dishes this time and we also had a wine tasting seminar. It was white wines of Washington and wow were they good. The lady presenting was very knowledgeable and offered up some interesting info for us. I don't think I would do a big one like that again, while we enjoyed the wines, it wasn't very personable like the Jiko tasting that is limited to 12 ppl.

By this time we were dragging and headed to MouseGear to make our gift purchases and took it all to AKL. There may have been a nap at this point...

We planned on seeing Star Wars a Galactic Spectacular. (they can drop Spectacular now) so we loaded back up in the car and drove to HS. We did a couple of rides and roamed around looking for dinner. Pizza Rizzo was closed, Mama Melrose was packed and Sci-Fi had a 45 min wait for 2. We ended up in ABC Commissary and boy am I glad. THOSE FIRES!! Big fat fries. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Joe got a burger and I got the steak. It was a pretty decent meal. I also loved the roasted corn that came with mine.

After eating we grabbed a spot for the Galactic Not So Spectacular. whoopdedoo They have removed a ton of the fireworks. My only reasoning is because of all the construction and the hazards? Not sure but it's not as exciting anymore. We did enjoy the pre-show Disney Movie Magic. It was the first time we saw it.

Only other gripe, the family next to us brought over 2 trays of food and was all spread out around us. I told them once Fantasmic lets out this place will be packed. Sure enough, they had food EVERYWHERE, needless to say we moved.

After the show we used up our snack credits buying candies, cookies and treats!!

Time to load the car and have one last magical sleep.

The next morning it was up ealry and time to head to Boma for breakfast! I was excited about this but when we got there I wasn't really hungry. I didn't even make it back up to the buffet for bread pudding. I did have tons of POG juice and even got a cup to go!

And that's it, our fun Food and Wine/Convention/Family/Us Time trip is over, POOF, just like that.... gaah

45 days to go until Christmas!!!! Santa Santa Santa Santa

Thanks for the photos. I really am dying to get to Pandora. FOP sounds amazing, but I'm curious- you ride it like a motorcycle, does it jerk your back around, or is it a smooth, comfortable ride?

Every time I see pictures of Pandora it seems like its not real but I have been there and its very real but it also doesn't feel real while you are there too, its so crazy!
Where you at Kadani Village for the other part of your stay?
We were there for the first time this time and it was crazy loud! I kept getting woken about 5am every morning with someone above us rolling something around constantly. Due to Irma there was a lot of people staying there and dogs were also allowed, which normally doesn't bother me, but there was a few small dogs that were barking a lot we ran into the lobby a few times. And then going down the hall there always seemed to be kids screaming down the hallway and running along the way. It seems like manners were lost at some point. When I was a kid I was taught going down the hallway you are polite and speak quietly and walk. I definitely understand when a kid is crying or upset its not something you can help but when they are just running and playing and screaming down the hallway that's just not respectful.

Yes, Kidani, this is the first time we've had this problem there. The quietness is part of why we love it there.

Tell me more about the Sanaa breakfast. It was just grab and go last time I ate breakfast there. Do they have a full menu now?

They have grab and go and also a menu to order from. You order at the register and sit down and have it brought out to you. We ate there when it first opened for breakfast and it was the same way. Not sure if they changed it at some point.

It is just your basics, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, eggs and breakfast sandwiches.

Nothing spectacular but good and easy when you want to grab something if hanging around the resort or don't want to eat in a park. I wouldn't drive over just for breakfast.

Agreed about not making a special trip over there for breakfast. I had breakfast there when I stayed a Kadani in February. I liked it. I loved the animals they give you with numbers on so the server can find where you are sitting. I had an elephant.
