Well Virgin have now officially cancelled all the flights, So at least we can get our money back (eventually), despite my bravado still feeling pretty blue and very fed up even though I know it is the safest thing to do

I wondered about coming next December as it is our 10th wedding anniversary but we (me) loathed to do any planning at present. Ironically I have just had a week off work as it would have been FP week normally and I always take the booking time off.

Yes I just had the week off after July 4th because we were supposed to be in Disney then.

Katie called begging us not to come down again. She said things are just so bad there with COVID and even though we'd be staying in "the bubble" that it is more risk than she wants us to take. This was a really hard one to decide to cancel, but it's probably for the best. Hopefully next year will be better... easier... less traumatic at least. I am so done with 2020 already.

I am curious too. Although after today and Disney shortening opening hours for when we were due to be there even more glad we cancelled. I read somewhere that they think it will be 2024 before International visitors will be back

Sorry (and sad) to say I cancelled our October trip today. sad sad DH says he can't wear a mask. The Turner Classic Movie cruise on the Disney Fantasy was cancelled back in July but I kept the BLT and Beach Club reservations hoping we could still go and enjoy some time at WDW. I had seen that calls to DVC had been a nightmare for many, but I was only on hold for 8 minutes, which is quite amazing!
