It's time to start planning your visit to the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival! We have details on the marketplace booth menus, plus low-cost culinary seminars and demos. Let's dive in and see what this year's Festival has in store.

The 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival features more than 30 marketplace booths and once again several of the booths will be located in Future World including the new Chew Collective and the Wine & Dine Studio.

New marketplace booths for this year include the returning-from-retirement Island of the Caribbean, the new Chocolate Studio, and the previously mentioned Wine & Dine Studio plus The Chew Collective.

Many fan favorites are returning to the Festival again this year including Canada, Ireland, Desserts & Champagne, Belgium, France, New Zealand, and more. A full list of the booth menus plus photos of food items can be found at the Disney Food Blog's 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival menu page.

We also have details on the low-cost seminars and demos that are always a fan-favorite at the Festival.

Booking for seminars and demos starts July 19 for Annual Passholders, DVC Members, Golden Oak Residents, and Tables in Wonderland members. Booking opens July 21 for the general public.

The cost for all seminars and demos this year is $15. A discount of $2 for seminars and demos on Mondays through Thursdays is available for Annual Passholders, DVC Members, Golden Oak Residents, and Tables in Wonderland members.

Seminars and demos feature celebrity chefs, culinary talent from around Walt Disney World, and reps from wineries and other beverage companies.

You can book these events starting at 7 a.m. ET on July 21 by calling 407-939-3378. Culinary demos and beverage seminars can also be booked at www.epcotfoodfestival.com. Early booking for culinary demonstrations, beverage seminars, and mixology events only is available July 19 at 9 a.m. ET at 407-939-3378 for Tables in Wonderland members, Annual Passholders, DVC members, and Golden Oak resident.
