Glow with the Show Ears Return to The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights for 2014 Holiday Season
When the 2014 Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights begins next month at Disney's Hollywood Studios guests can once again join in the festivities with Glow with the Show Ear hats.
These interactive, glowing ear hats debuted at the Walt Disney World Resort last fall during the 15th anniversary of Fantasmic!. Using the latest technology the ear hats glow and complement the imagery and music in the nighttime shows.
At the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights the ear hats change colors in sync with the "dancing" segments of the show every 30-40 minutes.
This holiday tradition features more than 5 million dancing lights, 66 snow machines, 100 gallons of fluid snow for every night, and 43 hidden Mickeys. Goofy also makes an appearance each night of the show, greeting guests in Goofy's Winter Wonderland.
The 2014 Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights begins November 7 and runs through January 4, 2015 at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Anyone know what time the lights come on? I FINALLY get and ADR to Cali Grill on the same night this starts... :( I've always wanted to see this in person. Maybe a later time will open up for dinner!

We went last year and I'm thinking they turned on at 7 p.m. but I could be wrong. What I do know for sure though is they stay on until half an hour after the park closes. You wouldn't be missing anything if you kept your dining reservations and then went over to see the lights. It's beautiful.
