Grand Floridian's Easter Egg Display

Looking for an Easter-inspired attraction to take in during your visit to Walt Disney World? You might want to head on over to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to take in their impressive Easter egg collection.

For fifteen years now, the resort's chocolatiers have been making a variety of eggs for the display. The eggs weigh in at nine to twelve pounds, and each one is totally edible with fondant, icing and sugar pieces used for decoration.

In addition to creating the eggs, the resort's chocolatiers have also been busy crafting some chocolate bunnies to stand alongside. Each one of these little guys is hand-painted with cocoa butter.

Guests can catch the egg and bunny display inside the Grand Floridian's lobby now through April 9.

Wondering what happens to them after the display ends.

Are they eaten by the cooks or frozen for next year! :>)
