Major Disneyland Resort Attractions to Open June 3
June 3 is looking to be a big day for the Disneyland Resort. Not one, not two but three major attractions are set to open on that date. In Disneyland, look for Star Tours ride to open. Not too far away in Disney's California Adventure, Ariel's Undersea Adventure and Goofy's Sky School will be opening the same day.
Star Tours will have undergone a big overhaul when it reopens in June. Fans can expect a different experience with each ride thanks in part to some fifty different voyages utilizing different combinations of totally new destinations.
Goofy's Sky School is a roller coaster that is utilizing the same tracks as the now-closed Mulholland Madness. Look for the coaster to have a brand new theme based on the 1940's cartoon "Goofy's Glider."
The other major attraction opening simultaneously with Goofy's Sky School is Ariel's Undersea Adventure. With over 180 characters, this ride will last somewhere around five-and-a-half minutes.
The attractions' openings are just part of the $1 billion rennovation that Disney's California Adventure is currently undergoing.
