It's that time of year again - time for ticket prices to increase at the Walt Disney World Resort. Last year Disney introduced the tiered pricing schedule for theme park tickets, but this year it wasn't as drastic even though prices for one-day tickets have increased a bit.

One of these years they are going to price themselves right out of guests.

These price increases in the last few years have actually saved my wife and I a bunch of money. We used to go every two years. We skipped 2014 and have decided to go other places ever since. We were planning on 2017 but considering all the new stuff in the next few years we have moved our next trip back to 2020. The entire package is just too much. We usually went to POR for 10 days and just don't want to go to cheaper stuff just to be there. I miss Disney but it's just not worth it.
