Grand Avenue and BaseLine Tap House Opening this Fall at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

A new area, Grand Avenue, is opening this fall at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The area is located in what remains of the Streets of America and is meant to "capture the spirit of present-day Downtown Los Angeles." Grand Avenue will feature vintage office buildings and warehouses that represent the vibrant cultures of the city.

Terralina Crafted Italian is set to open this fall in Disney Springs in the former location of Portobello Country Italian Trattoria. The new restaurant will be helmed by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tony Mantuano, who also headed the kitchen at Portobello.

Like many Disney fans, I love a good cupcake, and I was especially excited to hear Disney Springs is the new home to a Sprinkles location. Sprinkles is considered by many to be the first name in cupcake bakeries, but you'll also find ice cream, cookies, and delicious combinations of the decedent treats.

The Diamond Horseshoe offers an all-you-care-to-enjoy table service feast on the edge of Frontierland in the Magic Kingdom. The western style saloon, is currently open seasonally for a hearty lunch and dinner. On a recent trip, my husband and I enjoyed lunch there.

Two Snack Credit Breakfast on the Go at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Breakfast options at Disney Hollywood Studios are what I call, limited. While there is a Character Breakfast it's focused on the Disney Junior set which can make it less than desirable for some older Disney travelers. I wasn't sure where I would end up eating the morning we went to that Park, but I ended up with one of the most delicious treats of my day.
