I must admit, my heart skipped a little when reading the menu for the 2015 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Africa Marketplace Booth. Not only is there a dish that has Sanaa fans buzzing (can you say buttered chicken), but this year they'll be featuring one of my very favorite wines.
