Akershus for breakfast?

Who's done Akershus and what did they think? We have done it once, but we had two more meals planned that day so we ate really light and didn't get to try everything. They seemed to have some offerings that they didn't have elsewhere. I also had a fantastic muffin, lingenberry I think?

Done dinner there but never breakfast. I'd imagine a lot of fish - salmon, whitefish etc....

Breakfast is great there. If you're picky but still want to experience Akershus, that's the meal to have. While the choices are definitely "Disney ethnic" for lunch and dinner, there are some strange things on the menu for us picky folk.
