Monster's Inc Laugh Floor! Because usually by the time it is over the rain showers have stopped.

Rock N Roller Coaster! That's all indoors, so I'd have to guess runs when its raining? Maybe?
If not, I'd sit next to Bella at Mosters, Inc. Laugh Floor...or the other MILF as we have recently learned it can be called.

People Mover (if it's allowed to run - don't know if they allow it w/ lightening) - it's usually so lightly attended that they'll let you stay on and take another trip around! Excellent if you're hot/need to rest, too.

1st choice: The seas with Nemo and Friends! I can't get enough of the aquarium. I can spend 20mins just looking at the cuttlefish.
2nd choice: Any of the Innoventions buildings at Epcot. There are so many things to do in them I can stay for a 15 minute shower or an hour downpour!
I guess I better plan to be in Epcot for a rainy day.
Oh, and good call KristiA on COP for Magic kingdom!

I love PotC when it's raining. The theme seems appropriate for a rainy day.
Innoventions is a great choice JP you can spend a ton of time in there.

Philharmagic is always worth a shot when it's raining. The rain has usually stopped by the time it's done.

We've never had rain while in a Disney park, but we have at another park up the road a bit and spent most of the day dodging the showers running between shows and indoor rides.
