Chefs de France loses one of its chefs

Gaston Lenotre, one of the most famous pastry chefs in the world and one of the triumverate of chefs who owned Chefs de France at Epcot, died Thursday at his home south of Paris. A remembrance.

That's a truly lovely remembrance, Scott--thank you for sharing it with us.

What an incredible memory to have--the chefs arguing over the best way to remove the skin from a pepper. It's amazing, first, that a trio of partners can work well together for so long, and, second, that they still have things to argue about!
