Do you use your hotel pool?

I'm starting to feel that I'm a bit strange that one of my favorite Disney activities is good old swimming. Morning swimming and evening swimming are my favorite, but I'm game for anytime.

Am I crazy or do other people make use of the pool, too?

well all the guidebooks point out that that will probably be what your kid likes best about his or her trip to wdw. i think the pools are great, except they're always so busy. we usually make some pool time. i don't know that the pool decision weighs in that heavily on my resort choice though, because they're all pretty great.

We love swimming, and I think you're right that morning and late evening are best--that's usually when the pools are quieter. Personally, I love being the first one in the pool in the morning, just watching the place wake up.

That's a favorite time for me, too.

If you not using the amenities at the resort why stay there. I try to do everything my resort has to offer, Pool, biking, boats, food and shopping. I am really looking forward to the pool at CBR.

3 Days!?!?!? So jealous! I thought it was a tad longer for you. I fear this board is going to be silent for most of the month of May. Seems like everyone is going on a trip.

Except me... mad

3 days?! Excellent! I have 9....

I use the pool in the afternoons. I usually go to the lap pool since it's a little quieter & I like to swim & nap.

Ha, no color Me green, Day 1-2 Great. Day 3 Heat Exhaustion (55 in Indiana to 95 in Florida didn't agree with me.) rest of week only 3-4 hours in park than rest hiding in hotel. Throw in the paramedics and ER visit.

No way, seriously? You poor thing! I've had heat exhaustion before, and it is scary. Yeah, it was very hot, huh? I knew it would be hot, but that was ridiculous. It was comfortable until around 10:30am and then again after 7:30pm. There's only so much you can do in your hotel room for that entire long stretch in the middle of the day. I hope you're feeling 100% now.

Oh NO! sarcastic sad Seriously scary. Are you feeling better now? And didn't you guys have a horrible time with heat on your last trip? Hopefully DL won't be so bad this fall.

Even after all your "training!?!?" Did it ruin the trip?
