So who else thinks the bar at the Polynesian needs to have slushy drinks with Dole Whip as the base?
I am thinking Dole Whip Mai Tai, & Bellini, any other suggestions out there?

I am so down with both the Dole Whip Colada, and the Dole Whip Lapu!!
Not too sure about the Bellini, I'm trying to imagine ice cream and champagne. 
I may have to experiment with that one at home.

I think the Bellini's here are a little different. Usually a peach slush with rum, I think peach schnapps and Grenadine. It would be easy to change it to pineapple.

Ahhh... The Bellini's I've had have been puree and champagne. Which I think is the IBA standard (at least acordding to Wikki, which of course is a reputable source 
) I guess I took the Dole Whip cocktail more literally I was trying to figure out how to make it using actual dole whip, not pineapple.
